A bail bond is a legal agreement between Bail Lady Bonding and Recovery and the court that allows a defendant to be released from jail while awaiting trial. The bail bond ensures that the defendant will appear in court as required and if they fail to appear, Bail Lady Bonding and Recovery is responsible for paying the full amount of the bail or returning the defendant to custody.


Bail Lady Bonding and Recovery writes Surety Bonds for traffic infractions, misdemeanor and felonies.  We can assist nationwide via transfer bonds.  You will be required to show proof of identity, paycheck stubs, and proof of residency (utility bill) when submitting an application.  

Co-signers/Indemnitors are required on all bail bonds.


The process of getting a bail bond typically takes a few hours. However, the amount of time it takes can vary depending on the circumstances of the case and the availability of the court and jail. The cost of a bail bond is typically 10-15%.  Bail Lady Bonding may be able to set up a payment arrangement with a down payment, and weekly or bi-weekly payments.


The fee paid to the bondsman is non-refundable.  The fee is earned upon the defendant's release from jail.  This fee covers securing the defendant's release from jail.

Property or cash collateral is typically required to secure larger bonds.  There are many factors that surround larger bonds, including defendant risk factors.  

Bail Lady Bonding and Recovery does not accept vehicles as collateral.  


YES.  The full bail bond premium is due regardless of the status of the case.  Failure to pay your balance owed may result in civil proceedings being filed against both the defendant and indemnitor.
