What will the bail lady ask for?
Indemnitor / Cosigners will need the following:
- Driver's License or State Issued ID.
- Citizenship
- Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Lease)
- Proof of Income (Two most recent paystubs).
- The number of required co-signers and need for collateral vary based on the amount of the bond, and history of the defendant.
- Collateral may be required based on the size of the bond, and stability of the indemnitor. The Bail Lady does not accept vehicles as collateral.
- Large bonds will require property collateral, without exception.
